Challenge yourself

Step out of your comfort zone. Do something different every day. Learn a new language, read a new book, find something that will change you. Start going to the gym. Challenge the things that you believe in. Step by step, a little effort each day will make you a better person.Take advantage of everything you get and don't look back and regret the things that you might have had.

Spend time with friends and family

Biggest source of happiness is spending time with our family and friends. If you have family and friends you are never alone, you'll always have somebody to call, to talk to, and to rely on. Enjoy and appreciate every moment that you spend with them. There is no car or amount of money that can change the joy of seeing them smile, so try to do something special for them every day. Warm hug can mean a lot.
Being positive and optimistic
Thing that will make you happier, and more content with your life is definitely positivity and optimism. If you look at things as something good and expect good things to happen, than that's what is going to happen. Every day we experience good and bad things, but if you only focus on bad than nothing good can come from it.
Be grateful
For me personaly that's the most important thing. I wake up every day grateful for the things that i have in my life. If you have some food on the table, roof over your head, and your health in check you are doing better than bigger half of the planet.
Exercise
Daily exercise helps you in so many ways. It gets you happier, smarter, and makes you feel better about your body. If you do it constitently you'll see a big difference in your life. Also helps you in building confidence, so it prepares you for all situations that you might encounter.
