Treat yourself with something

Go and buy yourself something new, maybe some new pair of shoes or a shirt something like that.Treat yourself with few laps on a racing track with some supercar. Or you can treat yourself with some expensive dinner. All of this stuff can be bought.

Unplug from everything

Go and use the time that you have on something else than social media. Just put down your phone, turn off your laptop, computer and all devices. Go for a little bike ride, or a run in nature. Just simply unplug yourself.

Spend time with loved ones

It doesn't matter if it's your family, friends, boyfriend,girlfriend or your pet, just go and spend time with them.You will see a big difference in your behavior and your mood. This is probably the best advice of all.

Do some exercise

When you workout your body releases all kinds of hormons that make you happier and in better mood than before. Also exercise makes you forget everything around you. Helps you get in better shape mentally and psyhically.
