Sleeping problems
Too much worrying often interrupts our sleep. Without proper sleep, we put our health and our lives in danger. Simple and ordinary tasks like driving a car, for example, on too little sleep is often as dangerous as driving under influence. But you need to know , all that worrying is just in your head. Things happen and life goes on , there is nothing we can do about it. Only thing that you can do is to live the best life that you can , worry less and try to get the best out of everything.
Having difficulty relaxing
It's extremely important for you to relax. Worry often prevents us from doing so. What's important when you find yourself worrying too much and anxiety hits you, find a physical activity , run, go to gym, find something you enjoy doing or something you can take your mind off things with.
Health problems
All that problem take their toll on you over time. Worry eventually causes a decline in your health. If you aren't feeling as well as you used to, it may be time to rethink your present priorities.
Expect the worst of everything
Most self-defeating things you can do is this. Just stop expecting the worst every time, and also don't expect the best every time. Carry few expectations and enjoj every moment you get.
