6 THINGS TO DO IF YOU FEEL REALLY BROKEN

Go out and meet somebody new

Meeting and having new people in your life has an amazing effect on your mood. People are social creatures, and it is necessary for us to meet other people, to talk to them, to hang out with them, and just have someone in our lives. Being in a good company can make you forget all of the problems and the bad feelings you had.

Go on a trip

Get out of the place you live, and visit some place you have never been before. Experience a change in your scenery, because it can become really dull if you live everyday the same, following the same routine. So if you're feeling broken by something, take a look at a nearby larger city, go into nature, take a plane to visit somebody, just get up and go.

Talk with someone about it

You feel weak and broken?? Find a close friend to share your story with. Don't lie about it, and don't hide anything, be honest about it. Share everything you feel, share where you felt strength, and share why you feel so broken. This is a great way to get over a lot of problems , because holding on for something can really effect you badly.

Let go of the past and forgive

If you are holding on for something that somebody did, or something that happened in the past you just can't go forward with your life. Let it go , think positive, and look forward for the next day.

Change your looks a little bit

Go and get a haircut, get some new clothes, start going into gym etc. Just change something, it will make you feel you did something great for yourself, because you really did. This is like making a new chapter in your life, leaving bad things behind you.

Start learning or doing something new

Start learning a new language, study something that interests you, take some classes in anything. Try to be better person than the person you were yesterday. Meet new people that will teach you new stuff. For me personally the best thing to fight this kind of feelings is just going to gym, but everybody has its own interests.
