This is the thing that will put you back on track and help distance you from toxic people. After all you only need to be involved in facts from toxic people, but don't get too emotionaly involved.
They enjoy life
Don't let anyone steal your happiness. If you've done something successful you should be proud of yourself , don’t let somebody steal it from you. But don’t get too deep with it, because you're at risk developing a toxic personality yourself. Learn from other people, and let them inspire you . You are responsible for your own success, so work on yourself every day and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
They minimize toxic impact
If you get involved with toxic person it is normal to feel bad about yourself. But, you have to minimize their impact and the amount of time you spend with them and their problems. They can get you think negatively and slow down your productivity. Their impact can only be negative for you, so always find a way to minimize it and get yourself to positive state of mind.
They focus only on the positive
If you focus on other people's problems is a sure way to get stuck. You need to focus on solutions. This way you will help your mind focus only on positive emotions. Holding on and thinking about negativity can only get you to negative results, but focusing on positive will make you a lot more happier and ready for every situation.
They are consistent
You need to be consistent in your behaviour, to get consistent and better results. If you take a brake and stop you'll get hit by toxicity. If it's necessary to avoid a certain person, do so. One person, especially toxic can make a lot of damage on your way to success.
