To remove insecurity from your relationship, you have to learn how to be dependant on yourself. Don't leave it all to your partner. Learn to stand on your own feet and you'll feel much more confident. Real partner will love you more because of it.

Stop being paranoid


Paranoia is usually based on nothing. You have to learn that your partner has all the right to talk with opposite sex, no matter how hot or attractive that person is. They're friends with them, they go to the same school with them, they're colleagues at workplace.
