5 TIPS FOR PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM NEGATIVITY









React the right way


Don't explode and don't meet negativity with more negativity. React the right way. Be very mindful about the things that you're saying. Because if you don't react the right way it will hit you hard, and nothing good can come out of it.

Change the subject


If things are starting to get little too heavy, change the subject of the conversation to something better, lighter or more positive. Always find good things to talk about. That way you are helping other person to grow, to think and to have more positive mind, at least while talking to you.

Finding solutions


If people get stuck in hard situations they start to get all negative and depressed about it. Find a way to help them and talk to them about solutions. If they don't want to find solutions, and don't want your help just leave them alone. 

Detach yourself


You need to detach yourself emotionally from them. You are a good and positive person so you will take some time to listen to their problems and stuff, but don't invest yourself in it in any way. You will make it easier for them, because they have told it to someone, but continue with your life with joy.

Set boundaries


Set boundaries with negative people.You just don't need all that negativity in your life. Limit how much time you spend with them, and spend your time with great people. People that make you happy and inspired, and you will find true happiness.
