Anxious people aren't looking for attention 


Anxiety is a real problem that needs solving. People that have it, are not looking for attention, or somebody to take care of them, actually they don't want anything, they just want to be left alone, that is why anxiety is directly connected with depression. If people are talking about their anxiety and don't hide their symptoms they are not looking for attention, they just want you to understand them.

Anxiety doesn't make people weak


Everyone feels anxiety at some time or another in their life. Don't think that people with anxiety are weak or soft. Don't target them, don't attack them and don't think less about them. Anxiety is a problem that can be solved through time. People with anxiety just need to be patient and take their time. Better days will come and sun will rise again.

When it hits someone , it's understandable for people not to go out and do things and have fun and enjoy their life. They just need some time to get their mind straight, and everything will be as good as before.
