5 ways to grow your self-esteem

Holding your head high

People that are really confident don’t stare at the ground as they walk. Your posture is important, and it has big impact on the way that people look at you. When you hold your head high, you signal to yourself and the world that you aren’t afraid, that you can handle anything, that nobody can stop you and that you have high self-esteem.
Not accepting abuse from anyone
Abuse is one of the biggest causes of poor self-esteem. Many times, when people are treated poorly, they find themselves believing they deserve it, or they just believe that it will pass, or pray for some miracle, but only thing that you need to do is to look inside of yourself and find that much needed strenth, get mad and say i'm important my life has value.Nobody is above me.
Being the best you that you can be every day
At the core of it all, allow yourself to be the best you that you can be. Don't be afraid of some imaginary fear.Only you know how to be you, so proceed through each day with your head held high knowing that you are exactly who you want to be and where you want to be. And if you want to improve, do it for the right reasons.Don't accept average as your limit.
Making mistakes
Accept your mistakes as things which grow you as a person. Making mistakes is the easy part.Don’t let your mistakes cripple your spirit, and definitely don’t allow your mistakes to become material for someone trying to bring you down. Accept them, learn from them, and move on. Mistakes are just normal part of peoples lifes , live with them.
Accepting criticism
People say that the message that was delivered doesn’t matter, but the contents of the message do. Accept criticism, whether it’s intended to bring you down or lift you up. Don’t take anything personally. Use what others have to say to grow and to make picture of yourself better. If what they’re telling you is simply a personal attack, laugh ,disregard and move on.
